The AE Method

Assess → Engineer → Train → Measure → Adapt

A closed-loop coaching process. Every programme is built from an individual baseline and revised from recorded results — the same standard whether training happens in a private studio, a hotel gym, or remotely across time zones.

  1. 01

    Assess

Understand the system before loading it.

Training history, movement quality, current capacity, schedule and recovery are reviewed first. The AE Assessment and an in-person screen establish a real baseline — not an assumed one.

  2. 02

    Engineer

Design the programme around the person.

Exercise selection, loading, frequency and progression are built around your structure, goals and environment — including travel and hotel-gym alternatives. Progressions are defined weeks in advance.

  3. 03

    Train

    Precision in every repetition.

Sessions are coached hands-on: tempo, positioning and load are controlled so that technique standards are met before intensity increases.

  4. 04

    Measure

    Decisions made from evidence.

Strength benchmarks, body measurements and attendance are recorded in the client portal. The AE Score summarises these into a clear view of development over time.

    Adapt

The next block is earned, not guessed.

Results are reviewed at the end of each block. What progressed is built on; what stalled is re-engineered. The cycle then begins again at a higher baseline.
