Terms, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Nutrition Performance costs ฿1,290 per week. You are charged when you subscribe and then automatically every 7 days until you cancel.

You can cancel at any time from your Nutrition page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and no further renewal charges are made. Plans already released to you remain available in your account after cancellation.

If a renewal payment does not go through, our payment provider (Stripe) retries it automatically and your Nutrition page asks you to update your payment method. A new week's plan is only prepared once that payment succeeds.

You may request a refund within 14 days of the relevant charge by emailing alexandergoruk3@gmail.com. Each request is reviewed individually. Submitting a request does not mean a refund has been approved. Approved refunds are processed manually through Stripe to your original payment method. Refunds are not issued automatically.

Packages are valid for 60 days from the date of purchase. Requests to refund unused sessions are reviewed individually, subject to applicable law. Submitting a request does not mean a refund has been approved.

Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session.

Refund requests for the Digital Program are reviewed individually, subject to applicable law. There is no automatic refund. Submitting a request does not mean a refund has been approved.
